Unfortunately we're not able to add a return leg to a one way booking once it's been confirmed. You'll need to either book a new one way sailing for your return trip or cancel your original booking and make a new booking.
You can find your booking reference code at the top of your booking confirmation email.
The easiest and cheapest way to cancel your booking and request a refund is to log in with the link from your booking confirmation and request the cancellation there. With some ferry companies we'll be able to confirm your cancellation and refund straight away, but if we can't, we'll do our best to have it confirmed within 48 hours. Please make sure you check your ticket cancellation policy in your booking confirmation.
The free hotel shuttle service is a complimentary service offered by some ferry operators and is only available in certain locations. If your ferry operator offers free hotel shuttle service you will find a request form during checkout, where you can request a pickup or drop-off, we will forward your request to the operator.
Please be aware that for some areas there might be an extra charge by the operator, they will contact you about this after your booking has been received. You are free to decline or accept the extra price, which can be paid directly to the operator on day of travel. For more information contact our customer service.
This depends on the ticket you have booked, you can check your confirmation email for information on whether your ticket can be refunded. Please be aware that if your ticket is able to be refunded, there might be cancellation fee.
